Information and
Technologies is a world wide range of digital technologies used for
communication, sharing information and co-constructing the knowledge. ICT is a
communicative tools that facilitates the exchange of ideas, knowledge and
materials among two different individual or groups. Telegram is a communicative
tool that facilitates the space, site and time to share material resources,
text and images. For example as shown in the picture of telegram
discussion forum that is going to be assessed for my communicative tool photo,
teacher can share the learning materials to the student and student can submit
their home works and doubts to teacher. Moreover teacher can also clear their
doubts and gives instant feedbacks on their performer that usually promotes the
communication.
In addition ICT as informative
tool is a technology that gives ample of information. PHET simulation is an
informative tool where which students can get information from simulating the
real situating in the PHET simulation. For instance, student are learning about
construction of circuit and they are using the PHET simulation. They will
construct the circuit by joining wire, battery, and bulb and even check the
voltage and speed of current through simulation. In doing if the bulb fire out
then student get the information about what was the causes of the fire and how
to fix and all. Furthermore YOUTUBE is also informative tool where we will get
ample of information go to click on search bar and types. Picture this that if
you are struggling to solve the mathematics problems on addition, then
searching through YOUTUBE will provide you step-by-step solutions or
methods.
More interesting ICT allowed
co-construction of knowledge, collaboratively working together on specific
topic or assignment. It encourage the interaction between two or more people.
As shown in the blog of co-constructive tool, Google Docs are co-constructive
tool that enables all the group member to participates, work together,
participating equally, giving comments and reply on each other’s work and
editing the works. It creates a ubiquitous learning environment and promotes
scalability.
Therefore ICT embraces
varieties of advantages helping people to adapt in the technological world and
making the classroom learning meaning and engaging.
